Louis Vuitton Administrative Assistant

- Serve as a liaison and provide administrative support to various Head Office departments such as HR, Finance, Accounting, and Maintenance, including tasks like payroll, monthly reporting, employee benefits, and supplier contract management.
- Coordinate with suppliers and partner companies, managing all governmental affairs.
- Develop and manage the staffing schedule for a team exceeding 100 employees.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for all store employees and handle subsequent expense reports.
- Manage employee inquiries and oversee various employee-related matters.
- Oversee the procurement and management of office supplies, kitchen utensils, customer gifts, etc., including budget management.
- Coordinate the store's cleaning staff.
- Support the management in strategic projects and prepare for meetings.
- Experience in assistance/administration within a dynamic, multicultural environment is advantageous.
- Trustworthy, loyal, and reliable in handling confidential information.
- Team player with excellent communication skills, as the role is shared by two individuals.
- Proficiency in German and English, both spoken and written.
- High level of organization and forward-thinking.
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, ideally SAP and Concur.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Solution-oriented, open-minded, autonomous, adaptable, quick learner, empathetic.
