- Serve as the liaison and support for various Head Office departments such as HR, Finance, and Maintenance in administrative matters including payroll, monthly reporting, employee benefits, and supplier contract management.
- Coordinate with suppliers and partner companies, managing all governmental affairs.
- Create and manage the staffing schedule for a team exceeding 100 employees.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for all store employees and manage subsequent expense reports.
- Handle employee inquiries and manage various employee-related matters.
- Manage and order office supplies, kitchen utensils, customer gifts, etc., including budget management for these items.
- Coordinate the cleaning staff within the store.
- Support management in strategic projects and prepare for meetings.
- Experience in assistance/administration in a dynamic, multicultural environment is advantageous.
- Trustworthy, loyal, and reliable in handling confidential information.
- Team player with excellent communication skills and flexibility within the admin team.
- Exceptional command of German and English, both written and spoken.
- High level of organization and proactive thinking.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and ideally SAP and Concur.
- Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
- Solution-oriented, open, autonomous, adaptable, quick to learn, and empathetic.
Entry-level position suitable for recent graduates or individuals with limited professional experience.
