1. Serve as the liaison and support for various Head Office departments such as HR, Finance, and Maintenance in administrative matters including payroll, monthly reporting, employee benefits, and supplier contract management.
2. Coordinate with suppliers and partner companies, managing all governmental affairs.
3. Create and manage the staffing schedule for a team exceeding 100 employees.
4. Coordinate travel arrangements for all store employees and manage subsequent expense reports.
5. Handle employee inquiries and manage various employee-related matters.
6. Manage and order office supplies, kitchen utensils, customer gifts, etc., including budget management for these items.
7. Coordinate the cleaning staff within the store.
8. Support management in strategic projects and prepare for meetings.

1. Experience in assistance/administration in a dynamic, multicultural environment is advantageous.
2. Trustworthy, loyal, and reliable in handling confidential information.

1. Team player with excellent communication skills and flexibility within the admin team.
2. Exceptional command of German and English, both written and spoken.
3. High level of organization and proactive thinking.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and ideally SAP and Concur.
5. Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
6. Solution-oriented, open, autonomous, adaptable, quick to learn, and empathetic.
