- Manage the agenda and vacation schedules.
- Ensure availability of workspace and equipment, including office layout, access, IT equipment, and badges for new arrivals.
- Organize team travel and accommodations.
- Handle expense reports and supply orders.
- Input supplier accounts, purchase orders, and track invoices.
- Assist with budget monitoring.
- Coordinate internal and external seminars.
- Support three Directors during the Executive Assistant's leave.
- Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at continuous service improvement.
- Enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration (BAC+3 or BAC+4).
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Curiosity and adaptability.
- Environmental awareness and commitment.
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration.
