- Provide daily administrative support within the finance department at the Drôme workshops.
- Welcome employees, suppliers, and visitors, directing them appropriately.
- Schedule appointments, manage mail (sorting, distribution, postage, and recording), and handle emails.
- Manage employee sales, including orders, distribution, archiving, and invoicing.
- Oversee employee expense reports, ensuring all expenses are documented and compliant with company policies.
- Manage office supply inventory, orders, and distribution.
- Currently pursuing a Bac+2 level qualification in executive assistance, BTS GPME, BTS in managerial action support, or BTS in secretarial studies.
- Proficiency in office tools, particularly Excel.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
Currently pursuing a Bac+2 level qualification.
