- Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure coverage of all store tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance and work hours.
- Centralize and communicate payroll variables to the Payroll department.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees and interns, including administrative documentation and uniform management.
- Coordinate mandatory medical examinations and manage return-to-work documentation.
- Alert managers to workplace incidents, track probationary periods, and manage leave requests.
- Order and manage store supplies and consumables.
- Monitor and process invoices.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Previous experience in a retail environment is preferred.
- Strong team spirit and service orientation.
- Excellent organizational skills and sense of responsibility.
- Attention to detail, reliability, and precision.
- Proactive and adaptable approach.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of Human Resources principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English.
A minimum of three years of relevant experience is required.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
