1. Review daily sales reconciliations for standalone stores and resolve discrepancies.
2. Reconcile credit card and cash receipts, including foreign transactions, with bank statements and address any discrepancies.
3. Prepare and analyze monthly financial data.
4. Communicate with credit card companies regarding chargeback requests and issues.
5. Verify wire transfer receipts against bank statements before product release to customers.
6. Reconcile Balance Sheet accounts, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies.
7. Review Accounts Receivable ageing for compliance.
8. Provide necessary sales stationery supplies to stores.
9. Prepare quarterly VAT returns.
10. Update weekly exchange rates in the retail system.
11. Assist with ad hoc projects as needed.

1. Studies in Accounting

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
2. Strong organizational skills
