1. Verify and validate accounts receivable transactions.
2. Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure all payments are accurately posted.
3. Align sales reports with bank statements and the general ledger.
4. Coordinate with sales departments across branches and banking partners to ensure timely and precise data for reconciliation and reporting.
5. Maintain and file accounts receivable records meticulously.
6. Prepare and consolidate output tax reports for submission to the Revenue Department.
7. Issue sales tax invoices and dispatch them to clients.
8. Record receipts in the accounting software (SAP).
9. Liaise with internal and external auditors.
10. Assist in month-end closing activities and ad hoc assignments.
11. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
12. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable and general accountancy.

1. Proficiency in accounting software, particularly SAP.
2. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
3. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
4. Advanced data analytic skills.
5. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
6. Ability to communicate effectively in English.
7. Capacity to multitask and perform under pressure, meeting deadlines.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts receivable and general accountancy is required. Experience in the retail business is advantageous.

Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.
