Louis Vuitton Accounts Payable Associate

- Support vendor and customer onboarding processes.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts for specific entities.
- Assist with month-end close processes.
- Process and record all accounts payable transactions with proper account coding, authorization, and payment terms.
- Review and approve purchasing channels.
- Prepare CONCUR Monthly Accruals.
- Process new vendor onboarding and modifications requests.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Provide audit documentation as requested.
- Ensure processes prevent losses from fraud or bad debt.
- Ensure T&E accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Execute store creations in SAP and ensure accuracy.
- Prepare HR Staff Award/Incentives report and submit to HR for fringe benefit reporting.
- Respond to vendor/employee invoice inquiries.
- Assist in month-end closing and audits for accurate financial reporting.
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and systems improvement.
- Act as a business partner with stores and corporate partners.
- Perform other duties as requested by management.
- 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Accounting.
- Experience in the retail industry or a multinational company is preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong communication skills.
- Commercial mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with SAP and Concur is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience is required.
The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within an hourly range of $30.00- $31.00.
