1. Perform invoice and general-ledger data entry in compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
2. Verify invoices against purchase orders, ensuring receipt of goods or services prior to vendor payment.
3. Ensure timely payments to both external and internal parties.
4. Conduct daily bookkeeping and record-keeping activities.
5. Prepare supplier reconciliation reports.
6. Prepare intercompany reconciliation reports.
7. Monitor bank cash flow.
8. Support the month-end closing process.
9. Provide supporting documents for VAT and WHT returns.
10. Assist in bank reconciliation and clearing of bank accounts.
11. Perform other ad hoc tasks as required.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in an Accounts Payable role.
2. Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.
3. Hands-on experience with SAP Accounting Software is mandatory.
4. Proficiency in operating spreadsheets.

1. Excellent data entry skills with strong numerical aptitude.
2. Accuracy and attention to detail.
3. Proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.

A minimum of 3 years in an Accounts Payable position is required.
