1. Lead a team of accountants across the Benelux region.
2. Ensure the accuracy and compliance of accounting books with local fiscal and accounting regulations.
3. Manage relationships with local tax accounting providers and auditors.
4. Provide timely and precise accounting information to management.
5. Establish local financial statements, VAT returns, tax returns, and fulfill other local requirements.
6. Monitor and ensure the accuracy of accounting records in all areas, including sales, bank reconciliation, payroll, and tax.
7. Oversee fixed asset monitoring, including activation, depreciation, and write-offs.
8. Handle VAT and Intrastat declarations and local statistics requests.
9. Consolidate group reporting for actuals, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
10. Collaborate with financial controllers on IFRS entries, particularly IFRS 16.
11. Act as the key point of contact for accounting matters with Paris HQ.

1. Proficiency in English and French.
2. Substantial experience in accounting within a similar role.
3. Experience in leading and developing a team.

1. Autonomous work ethic with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
2. Proficiency in MS Office.
3. Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
4. Strong analytical skills and results-oriented mindset.
5. Attention to detail and high standards.
6. Ability to build professional relationships in a multilingual and multicultural environment.

Minimum of 5 years in a similar accounting role.
