Louis Vuitton Accounting Manager

- Lead a team of accountants across the Benelux region.
- Ensure the accuracy and compliance of accounting books with local fiscal and accounting regulations.
- Manage relationships with local tax accounting providers and auditors.
- Provide timely and precise accounting information to management.
- Establish local financial statements, VAT returns, tax returns, and fulfill other local requirements.
- Monitor and ensure the accuracy of accounting records in all areas, including sales, bank reconciliation, payroll, and tax.
- Oversee fixed asset monitoring, including activation, depreciation, and write-offs.
- Handle VAT and Intrastat declarations and local statistics requests.
- Consolidate group reporting for actuals, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
- Collaborate with financial controllers on IFRS entries, particularly IFRS 16.
- Act as the key point of contact for accounting matters with Paris HQ.
- Proficiency in English and French.
- Substantial experience in accounting within a similar role.
- Experience in leading and developing a team.
- Autonomous work ethic with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and results-oriented mindset.
- Attention to detail and high standards.
- Ability to build professional relationships in a multilingual and multicultural environment.
Minimum of 5 years in a similar accounting role.
