1. Lead and manage a team of accountants across five countries: Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Norway, and Poland.
2. Ensure the accuracy and compliance of accounting books with local fiscal and accounting regulations.
3. Oversee the implementation of company administrative policies.
4. Provide timely and precise accounting information to management.
5. Establish local financial statements, VAT returns, tax returns, and other local requirements.
6. Coordinate with local tax accounting providers and auditors.
7. Monitor cash flow and act as the key contact for the region with Paris HQ.
8. Manage fixed asset monitoring, including activation, depreciation, and write-off.
9. Handle VAT and Intrastat declarations and local statistical requests.
10. Conduct group reporting for actuals and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
11. Collaborate with financial controllers on IFRS entries.

1. Substantial previous experience in accounting in a similar role.
2. Experience in leading and developing a team.
3. Proficiency in English; knowledge of a Nordic language or Polish is an asset.

1. Proficiency in MS Office.
2. SAP knowledge and/or experience is a plus.
3. Ability to analyze and report on areas of responsibility.
4. Attention to detail and high standards.
5. Team player with the ability to build professional relationships in a multilingual and multicultural environment.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and team leadership.
