1. Support the optimization of financial transactions and systems through reconciliation of payments and customer accounts.
2. Communicate discrepancies to the accounting manager.
3. Maintain relationships with stores by providing consistent input and feedback.
4. Ensure integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting, adhering to national and group financial requirements.
5. Conduct daily control, follow-up, and documentation of retail and digital sales in POS and SAP systems to ensure data accuracy.
6. Manage daily control of all payment methods, including cash, bank transfers, credit cards, gift certificates, and credit notes, ensuring precise documentation and follow-up.
7. Perform weekly control of accounts receivable key performance indicators (AR-KPI).
8. Monitor weekly control of all open items, focusing on bank transfers, deposits, refunds, cash, and credit notes.
9. Maintain up-to-date accounts receivable data on Teams.
10. Support the accounting team member responsible for accounts receivable management.
