1. Conduct daily control, follow-up, and documentation of retail and digital sales in POS and SAP systems to ensure figures match.
2. Perform daily control of all payment methods including cash, bank transfers, credit cards, gift certificates, and credit notes, ensuring precise documentation and follow-up.
3. Execute weekly control of accounts receivable KPIs.
4. Oversee weekly control of all open items with a focus on bank transfers, deposits, refunds, cash, and credit notes.
5. Maintain up-to-date accounts receivable data on Teams.
6. Support the accounting team member responsible for managing accounts receivable.

1. Student in business studies or related field.
2. First experience in accounting is preferred.

1. Strong analytical skills.
2. Proficiency in Excel and SAP is ideal.
3. Interest in basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping.
4. Excellent time management and attention to detail.
5. Effective data management and follow-up skills.
6. Good written and oral communication skills.

Currently enrolled in a business studies program or related field.
