1. Archive sales documentation from stores in Spain and Portugal, ensuring compliance with Internal Control requirements.
2. Conduct follow-up on sales documentation.
3. Manage the Mediterranean region's generic email address for invoice reception and communication with purchase order creators.
4. Book invoices and other payables as necessary.
5. Confirm bank transfers to various stores daily.
6. Collaborate on supplier creation in SAP for Spain and Portugal, maintaining a clean database.
7. Communicate daily with El Corte Ingles stores for cash reconciliation information.
8. Assist with month-end close and monthly reports, including Banco de España.
9. Contribute to month-end reporting for sales, treasury, and balance sheet.
10. Participate in the preparation of external audits.
11. Perform administrative tasks related to the accounting department.

1. Eligible to sign a 'contrato de prácticas' for 6 months, renewable up to 1 year.
2. Must have completed a University or Master's Degree in the past 3 years.
3. Previous professional experiences must be internships.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
2. Detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking abilities.
3. Effective problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
5. Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.

Beginner level experience, suitable for recent graduates with internship experience.

Degree in Accounting or Business Administration, preferably in the final year or recently completed.
