1. Monitor accounts and perform bank reconciliations, including non-monetary reconciliations such as gift certificates, credit notes, and deposits between POS and SAP platforms.
2. Investigate and follow up with stores and collaborate with store managers to resolve discrepancies.
3. Manage deposit accounts, working closely with departments and stores to enhance follow-up, analysis, and reporting.
4. Conduct sales audits, ensuring accurate reporting and auditing of sales details between POS and SAP platforms for all Swiss stores.
5. Provide daily updates to stores regarding received bank transfers.
6. Collaborate with accounting colleagues to prepare monthly and yearly closings, justifying all pending open items in accounts.
7. Participate in projects impacting the scope of responsibility.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting.
2. Previous internship experience in accounting, preferably with SAP usage.
