Louis Vuitton Accounting Intern

- Monitor accounts and perform bank reconciliations, including non-monetary reconciliations such as gift certificates, credit notes, and deposits between POS and SAP platforms.
- Investigate and follow up with stores and collaborate with store managers to resolve discrepancies.
- Manage deposit accounts, working closely with departments and stores to enhance follow-up, analysis, and reporting.
- Conduct sales audits, ensuring accurate reporting and auditing of sales details between POS and SAP platforms for all Swiss stores.
- Provide daily updates to stores regarding received bank transfers.
- Collaborate with accounting colleagues to prepare monthly and yearly closings, justifying all pending open items in accounts.
- Participate in projects impacting the scope of responsibility.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting.
- Previous internship experience in accounting, preferably with SAP usage.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset.
- Attention to detail and high ethical standards.
- Ability to adapt to changes and shifting priorities.
- Fluency in English and French; German is an asset.
Entry-level experience with a focus on accounting practices and SAP usage.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting.
