1. Provide administrative support to the Accounting Team for the Benelux, Nordics, and Poland regions, encompassing eight countries.
2. Process invoices, perform bank reconciliations, and manage sales reconciliations.
3. Monitor capital expenditures (Capex).
4. Assist with various declarations including VAT, Intrastat, and statistical reporting, as well as financial closing activities.
5. Participate in the enhancement of standard accounting processes.
6. Support audit documentation requests.
7. Engage in diverse projects.
8. Liaise with external parties such as suppliers, stores, and other business partners.

1. Bachelor's or Master's level internship agreement from a university.

1. Strong command of English; knowledge of French, Nordic languages, or Polish is advantageous.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
3. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
4. Proactive, flexible, and able to take initiative.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in progress.
