1. Provide administrative support to the Accounting Team for the Benelux, Nordics, and Poland region, encompassing eight countries.
2. Process invoices, perform bank reconciliations, and manage sales reconciliations.
3. Monitor capital expenditures (Capex).
4. Assist with various declarations, including VAT, Intrastat, and statistical reporting, as well as financial closing activities.
5. Participate in the enhancement of standard processes.
6. Support the preparation of audit documentation.
7. Engage in various projects and liaise with external parties such as suppliers, stores, and other business partners.

1. Bachelor's or Master's level internship agreement from a university is mandatory.

1. Proficiency in English; knowledge of French, Nordic languages, or Polish is advantageous.
2. Competency in computer applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
3. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
4. Proactive, flexible, and able to take initiative.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
