1. Provide administrative support to the Accounting Team for the Benelux, Nordics & Poland region, covering 8 countries.
2. Process invoices and perform bank and sales reconciliations.
3. Monitor capital expenditures (Capex).
4. Assist in preparing various declarations, including VAT, intrastat, and statistical reporting, as well as in financial closing activities.
5. Contribute to the improvement of standard accounting processes.
6. Support audit document requests.
7. Participate in various accounting and finance projects.
8. Engage with external parties such as suppliers, stores, and other business partners.

1. Bachelor's or Master's level internship agreement from a university.

1. Strong command of English; knowledge of French, Nordic languages, or Polish is advantageous.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
3. Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
4. Proactive, flexible, and able to take initiative.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.
