1. Provide administrative support to the Accounting Team for the Benelux, Nordics, and Poland regions, encompassing 8 countries.
2. Process invoices, perform bank reconciliations, and manage sales reconciliations.
3. Assist in various declarations, reporting, and financial closing activities.
4. Participate in the improvement of standard accounting processes.
5. Support the preparation of audit documents.
6. Engage in various accounting and finance projects.
7. Liaise with external parties including suppliers, stores, and other business partners.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree with an internship agreement from a university.
2. Strong command of English; proficiency in French, Nordic languages, or Polish is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
2. Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
3. Proactive, flexible, and able to take initiative.

No prior professional experience required; suitable for beginners.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
