- Support the accounting team within the Industrial Division in a demanding and motivating environment.
- Assist in daily accounting operations, monthly and quarterly closures, and specific assignments including annual accounts production.
- Record accounting transactions in compliance with current accounting, tax, and social standards.
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Participate in monthly account closures under French and IFRS standards for LVMH Group reporting.
- Process intercompany transactions.
- Record and monitor operations such as FNP, FAE, AAR, AAE.
- Reconcile monthly inter-company balances with group entities on the 'vendor' side.
- Prepare CA3, CVAE, DEB, DES, and other tax documents.
- Participate in VAT import workshops with customs data.
- Reconcile accounts with the balance sheet, ensuring adherence to accounting methods and data quality.
- Engage in company projects such as continuous improvement and procedure formalization.
- Maintain close relationships with various departments within the Maison, including auxiliary accounting, management control, financial control, taxation, treasury, legal, and international accountants.
- Master's in Corporate Finance, CCA, or equivalent; DUT GEA with finance and accounting focus or DSCG in apprenticeship.
- Knowledge of French accounting standards.
- Understanding of French taxation.
- Proficiency in common IT tools, especially Microsoft Office.
- Curiosity and understanding of general accounting challenges.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team.
- Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills.
- Rigorous organization and adherence to procedures, especially regarding fiscal administration.
