1. Conduct general accounting tasks, including managing the General Ledger up to Trial Balance and processing Journal Vouchers.
2. Manage e-invoicing submissions to the Inland Revenue Malaysia monthly.
3. Prepare Treasury package reports and manage cash flow.
4. Compile monthly Management, Inventory, and Notes to the Accounts reports.
5. Prepare quarterly Cash Flow statements and Balance Sheets.
6. Oversee Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions.
7. Generate ad-hoc management and government reports as needed.
8. Coordinate with auditors and prepare audit schedules.
9. Provide information for corporate tax preparation.
10. Maintain the Fixed Asset Register.
11. Manage IFRS16 Lease Contracts using Nakisa.
12. Verify staff claims submitted via Concur for the Singapore office.

1. Degree or Higher Diploma in Accountancy
2. Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in full set accounting and reporting

1. Proficiency in Excel functions, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
2. Experience with SAP or other accounting software
3. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
4. Meticulous attention to detail
5. Team player with a proactive attitude
6. Strong sense of responsibility and commitment

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in full set accounting and reporting is required.

Degree or Higher Diploma in Accountancy
