1. Manage Kazakhstan accounting scope and support the Mediterranean accounting team.
2. Provide accounting support across six Mediterranean countries.
3. Coordinate with local tax accounting providers and suppliers, particularly in Kazakhstan.
4. Ensure the accuracy of accounting books and compliance with local fiscal regulations.
5. Implement and control company administrative policies.
6. Deliver timely and accurate accounting information to management.
7. Support customs topics, including reports and files received.
8. Ensure timely financial closure, achieving D+1 for P&L and D+2 for balance sheet.
9. Provide technical support to store management and staff, including on-site visits to ensure internal control compliance.
10. Maintain accuracy and adequacy of accounting records across various areas including sales, treasury, intercompany transactions, payroll, amortization, and tax.
11. Conduct weekly payments to suppliers and LVM.
12. Monitor fixed assets and resolve cash-related issues, liaising with Paris HQ.
13. Review general ledger monthly with the Chief Accountant.
14. Ensure accuracy of accounts payable records and monthly intercompany reconciliations.
15. Use correct VAT codes and reconcile daily accounts payable with bank movements.
16. Process expense reports through Concur.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and tax processes.
2. Fluency in English and Russian is mandatory.
3. Background in Kazakhstan and Russian accounting practices.

1. Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
2. Customer and team service orientation.
3. Proficiency in SAP is highly appreciated.
