1. Cover Kazakhstan accounting scope with the Mediterranean accounting team.
2. Provide accounting support for six Mediterranean countries.
3. Manage relationships with local tax accounting providers and suppliers, especially in Kazakhstan.
4. Ensure accuracy of accounting books and compliance with local fiscal and accounting rules.
5. Implement company administrative policies.
6. Provide timely and accurate accounting information to management.
7. Support customs topics, reports, and files.
8. Ensure timely financial closing for the country.
9. Provide technical support to store management and staff.
10. Conduct on-site visits to ensure internal control compliance.
11. Ensure accuracy and adequacy of accounting records in all areas.
12. Manage weekly payments to suppliers and payments to LVM.
13. Monitor fixed assets and cash problematics.
14. Review general ledger monthly with the Chief Accountant.
15. Ensure accuracy of accounts payables and reconciliation.
16. Use correct VAT codes and reconcile daily AP suppliers with bank movements.
17. Handle expense reports.

1. Kazakhstan/Russian accounting background
2. Experience in accounting and tax processes

1. Fluent in English and Russian
2. Customer and team service oriented
3. SAP knowledge appreciated
