1. Handle accounting for Portugal and Israel entities ensuring accuracy and compliance.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders within the company including Stores, Head Office, and Headquarters in Paris.
3. Book and pay invoices, reconcile and clear vendor accounts.
4. Reconcile daily sales and accounts receivable.
5. Record and review bank statements, prepare monthly bank reconciliations.
6. Monitor cash flow needs for the entities in charge.
7. Ensure quality of accounting information according to local compliance and Group policies (IFRS).
8. Produce monthly and yearly group reports.
9. Participate actively in month-end and year-end close processes.
10. Ensure local compliance, tax declarations, payments, and coordinate with tax authorities.
11. Act as main interlocutor with external partners regarding local taxes and regulations.
12. Participate in new projects involving finance, such as VAT changes and new tax reports.
13. Play a pivotal role in financial audits and facilitate interactions with external auditors.
14. Participate in store reviews, which may require travel.
15. Perform administrative tasks related to the accounting department or support other countries in the region as needed.

1. Degree in accounting, business administration, or equivalent.

1. Expertise in overall accounting processes with hands-on experience in month-end closing.
2. Working experience in an ERP (SAP) environment is mandatory.
3. Fluency in English and Spanish.
4. Good computer skills, mainly Excel.
5. Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task.
6. Problem-solving skills.
7. Good verbal and written communication skills.

Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting in a multinational company or group.

Hybrid working mode with a 40-hour workweek from Monday to Friday.
