1. Manage accounting functions for Portugal and Israel entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with deadlines and processes.
2. Book and process invoices, perform vendor reconciliation and clearing.
3. Reconcile daily sales and accounts receivable.
4. Record and review bank statements, preparing monthly bank reconciliations.
5. Monitor cash flow requirements for assigned entities.
6. Ensure high-quality accounting information in line with local compliance and Group policies (IFRS).
7. Produce monthly and yearly group financial reports.
8. Participate actively in month-end and year-end closing processes.
9. Ensure local compliance and manage tax declarations (VAT, WHT, CIT, local taxes), payments, and coordinate with tax authorities.
10. Serve as the main contact with external partners regarding local taxes and regulations.
11. Contribute to new projects involving finance, such as VAT changes and new tax reporting, in collaboration with external partners and IT teams.
12. Facilitate financial audits and interactions with external auditors.
13. Participate in store reviews, requiring occasional travel.
14. Perform administrative tasks related to the accounting department and support other regional countries as needed.

1. Degree in accounting, business administration, or equivalent.
2. Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in a multinational company or group.

1. Expertise in overall accounting processes with hands-on experience in month-end closing.
2. Proficiency in ERP systems, specifically SAP.
3. Fluency in English and Spanish.
4. Advanced computer skills, particularly in Excel.
5. Detail-oriented with strong multi-tasking abilities.
6. Effective problem-solving skills.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting within a multinational company or group is required.

Degree in accounting, business administration, or equivalent.
