1. Perform invoice and general-ledger data entry in accordance with internal controls and regulatory compliance.
2. Verify invoices against purchase orders and ensure goods or services were received before issuing payment to vendors.
3. Ensure timely payments to external and internal parties.
4. Input daily bookkeeping and record keeping.
5. Prepare suppliers reconciliation reports.
6. Prepare intercompany reconciliation reports.
7. Monitor banks' cash flow.
8. Support in month-end closing process.
9. Provide supporting documents for VAT and WHT returns.
10. Assist in banks reconciliation and banks accounts clearing.
11. Perform other ad hoc tasks as required.

1. Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.
2. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

1. Excellent data entry skills with a strong numerical aptitude.
2. Hands-on experience in operating spreadsheets and accounting software, particularly SAP.
3. Accuracy and attention to detail.
4. Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience is required.
