1. Manage vendor creation and accreditation in accordance with company procedures and requirements.
2. Conduct vendor master data review and clean-up.
3. Monitor Purchase Orders (PO) and coordinate with respective functions and departments.
4. Process invoices and manage invoice payments.
5. Coordinate with vendors and banks to resolve payment issues.
6. Handle tax filing, payment, reporting, and other external compliance requirements.
7. Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities including accruals, variance analysis, and reporting.
8. Monitor operating expenses and coordinate with respective functions and departments.
9. Provide support for internal and external audits.
10. Implement internal controls and process improvements.
11. Prepare ad hoc reports and analysis.
12. Provide backup support for other accountants.
13. Participate in other accounting projects and initiatives.

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience.
3. CPA certification is a plus but not required.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
2. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience is required.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience.
