Louis Vuitton Accessories Supply Chain Manager

- Lead and develop a team of Supply Planners within the Accessories Industrial Division.
- Orchestrate logistics and production flows from suppliers to central logistics, ensuring alignment with production plans and optimization of industrial capacities.
- Collaborate with the Industrial Category Manager and Paris HQ to meet customer needs through strategic and agile planning.
- Coordinate logistics and planning activities, including management of S&OP and production plans.
- Monitor finished product orders and supplier production planning, implementing action plans as necessary.
- Manage supplier performance KPIs and optimize stock levels for raw materials and finished products.
- Oversee product assignments, double sourcing, and distribution of finished products.
- Pursue performance optimization projects to reduce costs, improve lead times, and enhance productivity.
- Enhance reporting tools and ensure balance between production and anticipation to avoid overstock.
- Foster synergy between category process management for Eyewear, Textile, and Fancy Accessories.
- University degree in Engineering or Economics, or extensive experience in industrial operations.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the fashion business or equivalent, with a focus on supply chain facilities.
- Mastery of the logistics chain.
- Strong people management skills and ability to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Composure and performance consistency in dynamic settings.
- Commitment to client satisfaction and understanding of business priorities.
- Problem-solving abilities and adaptability.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and influencing skills.
- Proficiency in Italian and English; knowledge of French is highly desirable.
Minimum 10 years of experience in the fashion business or equivalent, specifically involving supply chain facilities.
University degree in Engineering or Economics, or extensive experience in industrial operations.
