1. Manage non-conformities in yarns by conducting root cause analysis and implementing containment actions.
2. Contribute to the monitoring, support, and sharing of yarn quality Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
3. Define and implement improvement plans.
4. Support production plants and suppliers in the prevention and resolution of issues.
5. Identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings in production lines while ensuring quality targets are met and maintained.
6. Collaborate with Operations to control the output of the spinning process, reacting to and preventing identified product issues.

1. Degree in Textile, Management, or Production Engineering, or a Diploma in Textile Technology is advantageous.
2. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in similar roles within the textile industry.
3. Proven experience with Microsoft Office tools.
4. Familiarity with basic Project Management skills and key Problem Solving methodologies, risk analysis, and statistical analysis.

4. Willingness to undertake short business trips.
5. Knowledge of specific textile industry processes such as preparation, spinning, twisting, winding, yarn dyeing, and weaving.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the textile industry.

Degree in Textile, Management, or Production Engineering, or a Diploma in Textile Technology is advantageous.
