1. Collaborate with store leadership to implement action plans enhancing sales performance.
2. Identify opportunities for sales growth and operational efficiency within the product category.
3. Maintain department organization and visual presentation to align with Loro Piana’s luxury standards.
4. Develop strong client relationships through managing VIC initiatives and post-sale services.
5. Partner with the Store Manager to oversee team success, delegate tasks, and provide training.
6. Lead the department to achieve sales goals and foster a positive work environment.
7. Communicate sales updates and analyses to team members, fostering strategic planning.
8. Define and oversee objectives, tracking team achievements through performance analysis.
9. Support operational procedures including inventory management and shift planning.
10. Coordinate visual merchandising activities to ensure product display aligns with standards.

1. 5+ years of management and sales experience in luxury retail.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
3. Strong leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
4. In-depth knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management.
5. Passion for the Loro Piana brand and luxury industry.

Minimum 5 years of management and sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.

Salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 per year, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
