1. Collaborate with store leadership to implement action plans enhancing sales performance for the department.
2. Identify opportunities for sales growth and operational efficiencies within the product category.
3. Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and visual presentation to align with Loro Piana’s luxurious standards.
4. Develop strong relationships with top clients through VIC initiatives, reflecting an elevated brand image.
5. Manage post-sale services to enhance client relationships, ensuring the highest level of luxury service.
6. Partner with the Store Manager to oversee a successful team, delegating tasks and providing comprehensive training.
7. Lead the department to achieve sales goals, fostering a motivated and positive work environment.
8. Communicate sales updates and analyses to team members, fostering strategic planning initiatives.
9. Define and oversee quantitative and qualitative objectives, tracking team achievements through performance analysis.
10. Support operational procedures including inventory management, daily opening/closing activities, and shift planning.
11. Coordinate visual merchandising activities to ensure products are displayed according to Loro Piana standards.
12. Manage department-related inventory activities to align stock levels with sales potential.

1. 5+ years of management and sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other digital tools.
2. Excellent leadership, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
3. Strong knowledge of sales, operations, and inventory management.
4. Passion for the Loro Piana brand and the luxury industry.
5. Physical ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds.

Minimum 5 years of management and sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment.

The salary range is $110,000 to $130,000 per year, with flexibility to recognize expertise, performance, and tenure.
