- Forecast and plan purchase budgets by season in collaboration with the Retail Planning Function.
- Manage all women's categories including Ready-to-Wear, Leather Goods, Shoes, and Accessories.
- Conduct bi-annual buying sessions at the Milan headquarters.
- Oversee product orders and review actual purchases against budget by category.
- Ensure optimal allocation and reallocation of merchandise based on store/customer profiles and local product/sales strategies.
- Develop product sales strategies from launch to liquidation, aligning with Sales, Communications, and Visual Merchandising.
- Manage inventory and sell-through ratios to maximize sales and improve gross margins.
- Collaborate with sales teams, stores, and supporting functions to drive sales and organize promotional activities.
- Regularly visit stores to reinforce sales initiatives.
- Monitor delivery status and ensure timely store deliveries in collaboration with HQ Products Team and logistics.
- Share collection and product information with Visual Merchandising, Communications, and Retail teams.
- Prepare weekly store reports with sales analysis and qualitative comments.
- Conduct market and product analysis, reporting findings to Merchandising HQ.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in women's wear.
- Proven experience in retail.
- Deep knowledge of clothing and luxury fashion history.
- Strong project management skills with excellent multitasking, prioritization, and organizational abilities.
- Excellent analytical and data analysis skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Strong leadership capabilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written; additional languages are advantageous.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
