1. Forecast and plan purchase budgets by season in collaboration with the Retail Planning Function.
2. Manage all women's categories including Ready-to-Wear, Leather Goods, Shoes, and Accessories.
3. Conduct biannual buying sessions at the Milan headquarters.
4. Oversee product orders and review actual purchases against budget by category in cooperation with the Retail Planning Function.
5. Ensure optimal allocation and reallocation of merchandise, supported by thorough analysis of store and customer profiles and local product/sales strategy.
6. Develop and implement product sales strategies, from launch plans to liquidation management, ensuring alignment with Sales, Communications, and Visual Merchandising.
7. Manage inventory and sell-through ratios to maximize sales, minimize inventory risks, and improve gross margins in collaboration with the Inventory Planner.
8. Collaborate closely with the sales team, stores, and supporting functions to enhance sales through events and promotional activities.
9. Regularly visit stores to reinforce sales strategies.
10. Monitor delivery status and ensure timely store deliveries in collaboration with HQ Products Team and logistics.
11. Share collection and product information with Visual Merchandising, Communications, and Retail teams.
12. Prepare weekly store reports with sales trends, stock levels, and qualitative analysis.
13. Conduct market and product analysis and report findings to Merchandising HQ.
14. Collaborate with the product team on product development.

1. Minimum 7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in women's wear.
2. Relevant previous experience in retail.

1. Strong project management skills with excellent multitasking, prioritization, and organizational abilities.
2. Deep knowledge of clothing and luxury history.
3. Proficient analytical and data analysis skills.
4. Advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
5. Strong leadership capabilities.
6. Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
7. Passion and motivation for luxury products and brand identity.
8. Fluent in English, both spoken and written; proficiency in other languages is advantageous.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
