1. Conduct comprehensive data analysis and prepare reports for marketing purposes, including sell-in, sell-out, offer composition, and competitive benchmarking.
2. Support the development of collections through activities such as collection briefs, competitive benchmarking, market trend analysis, and strategic opportunity assessments.
3. Collaborate with Product Managers on cost sharing and pricing strategies, aligning with financial targets and market competition.
4. Engage in daily collaboration with Design and Product teams to ensure cohesive collection development.
5. Interface with Retail merchandising and buyers to understand channel-specific needs and contribute to the inclusion of dedicated products in the collection.
6. Assist in collection presentations and provide support during sales campaigns.

1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in a merchandising role within the fashion or luxury sector.
2. Master’s degree in Economics, Management, or a related field.

1. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Fluent in English, both spoken and written; knowledge of a third language is advantageous.
3. Strong analytical skills, especially in sell-in and sell-out data analysis and performance evaluation.
4. Excellent customer focus, integrity, reliability, and interpersonal skills.
5. Problem-solving abilities, precision, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a merchandising team within the fashion or luxury industry is required.

Master’s degree in Economics, Management, or a related discipline.
