1. Run weekly reporting for corporate, retail, and wholesale teams.
2. Conduct ad hoc projects including competitive analysis, buy books, and trunk show support.
3. Field store requests and questions to support all selling efforts.
4. Support teams with corporate presentations and market/campaign activities.
5. Manage product consolidations, store transfer requests, and international transfers.
6. Facilitate special orders.
7. Collaborate across corporate teams.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Detail-oriented, thorough, and strives for accuracy.
3. Highly driven, self-motivated, and curious.
4. Confident and refined in all forms of communication.
5. Works well cross-functionally and is a team player.
6. Excellent time management and prioritization skills.

Beginner level experience is required.

Loro Piana provides market-competitive pay with flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure. The published salary range is a guideline, with a target salary of $20 per hour.
