1. Develop, build, and maintain relationships with current and new accounts for the Accessories categories, including shoes, handbags, and leather goods.
2. Support the VP of Wholesale in daily business management for major department stores and specialty stores.
3. Provide business analysis and action plans on a weekly and monthly basis.
4. Collaborate with field representatives and business managers to meet strategic needs.
5. Lead and implement strategic growth projects for the category on a quarterly and seasonal basis.
6. Organize and execute market activities, including scheduling appointments and preparing line sheets.
7. Monitor shipments and coordinate with Operations Manager and Director of Sales to ensure timely order fulfillment.
8. Manage order entry and confirmations, and oversee special orders for major and specialty store accounts.
9. Coordinate online photography image sourcing and manage seasonal product knowledge communication to major accounts.
10. Assist in maintaining sales recaps and participate in weekly sales team meetings.
11. Support heads of Sales in model presentations and major account events.

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.

1. Strong analytical and computer skills with high proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SAP.
2. Excellent communication skills and polished demeanor.
3. Ability to multi-task effectively.
4. Meticulous attention to detail.
5. Willingness to travel 40% to 60% of the time.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
