1. Implement and reinforce the brand’s worldwide and local seasonal visual merchandising guidelines across all retail and wholesale locations.
2. Execute store visits to launch new collections, refresh displays, and assess store standards.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align visual merchandising initiatives with business objectives.
4. Meet weekly with the Vice President of Visual Merchandising to align on responsibilities and priorities.
5. Partner with managers to deliver high-visibility special projects such as pop-ups and trunk shows.
6. Lead and facilitate weekly meetings with area managers to align on business results and VM guidelines.
7. Manage and execute all windows and VM rotations in top image locations.
8. Adapt global visual guidelines to achieve extraordinary displays in line with the brand vision.
9. Develop relationships within the wholesale channel to sustain brand VM expectations.
10. Ensure accountability for delivering exceptional VM maintenance and store environments.
11. Identify and manage the facilitation of all VM training throughout the season.
12. Develop visual strategies to support key markets during peak seasons.

1. Minimum 5-8 years of equivalent work experience in visual merchandising and window styling.
2. Multiple-store management experience within retail, outlet, and wholesale.
3. Team leadership and people development.
4. Luxury experience desired.
5. Creative experience in styling, merchandising, and/or art background.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint.
7. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
8. Travel up to 75%; driver’s license and valid passport required.

Minimum 5-8 years of equivalent work experience in visual merchandising and window styling, with multiple-store management experience within retail, outlet, and wholesale.

Loro Piana offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $125,000 USD per year, with flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure.
