1. Prepare, set up and load weaving looms, including yarn/beam handling and correct threading for production runs.
2. Monitor loom operation continuously, carry out mechanical adjustments and first-line repairs to resolve yarn breaks and minor machine faults.
3. Inspect woven fabric to ensure conformity with quality specifications and report defects or process deviations.
4. Complete production documentation and communicate technical issues to maintenance and production supervisors in a timely manner.
5. Operate within a rotating three-shift schedule and comply with workplace health, safety and housekeeping standards.
6. Collaborate with textile technicians and report to the shift supervisor and department manager; contribute to continuous improvement of weaving processes.

1. High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma di scuola media superiore).
2. Minimum three years of proven, hands-on experience operating looms or working in textile/weaving production.
3. Demonstrable experience in loom setup, yarn handling and basic mechanical troubleshooting.
4. Availability to work a rotating three-shift schedule.
5. Good manual dexterity and attention to detail; ability to follow production specifications and quality procedures.
