2. Perform manual operations such as loading and unloading industrial washing machines to gain comprehensive knowledge of all operational activities within the department.
3. Develop and share specific knowledge on the effects of fulling agents on various natural fibers during thermal washing and drying cycles.
4. Monitor the quality of work to ensure compliance with required standards.
5. Manage daily activities within established timelines to ensure operational efficiency.
6. Utilize company IT systems for data and departmental flow management.
7. Propose procedural or technical improvements.

1. Knowledge of the textile context, preferably in knitwear.
2. Proficiency in using IT systems.
3. Excellent organizational and managerial skills, particularly in time and priority management.
