1. Execute Loro Piana's window creativity, mannequin styling, and visual merchandising in alignment with global visual guidelines.
2. Maintain daily visual merchandising standards across all client-facing areas, including windows, interiors, and fixture placement.
3. Collaborate with the Store Manager to optimize visual merchandising actions for business results.
4. Propose innovative display solutions and execute visual merchandising rotations in accordance with global and local guidelines.
5. Document visual merchandising initiatives and share with the Visual Merchandiser and Regional Visual Manager weekly.
6. Organize and maintain the visual merchandising tool inventory.
7. Facilitate visual merchandising training and support onboarding of new sales professionals.
8. Achieve personal sales goals and provide exceptional customer service to exceed client expectations.
9. Develop and maintain a detailed clientele book and provide feedback on merchandise trends and opportunities.
10. Ensure sales floor coverage and adhere to loss prevention procedures.

1. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in visual merchandising.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3. Experience in a creative field.
4. Valid driver's license and passport.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Hourly range of $25.00 to $28.00, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
