1. Execute Loro Piana’s window creativity, mannequin styling, and visual merchandising in alignment with global visual guidelines.
2. Maintain daily visual merchandising (VM) standards in all client-facing areas, including windows, interiors, and fixtures.
3. Collaborate with the Store Manager to optimize business results through strategic VM actions.
4. Propose innovative display solutions to enhance visual appeal and commercial success.
5. Communicate weekly with the Visual Merchandiser for guidance and feedback implementation.
6. Conduct VM rotations in accordance with global and local guidelines, ensuring extraordinary displays that reflect mood, theme, and commerciality.
7. Document and share visual merchandising initiatives with the Visual Merchandiser and Regional Visual Manager.
8. Organize and maintain VM tool inventory.
9. Facilitate VM training for new sales professionals and throughout the season.
10. Achieve personal sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
11. Develop and maintain a detailed clientele book and strong customer relationships.
12. Provide feedback on merchandise trends and opportunities to the Store Manager.
13. Ensure sales floor coverage and compliance with loss prevention procedures.

1. Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in visual merchandising.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3. Valid driver license and passport.

$25.00 to $28.00 per hour, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
