1. Assist the Visual Operations Manager in supporting processes for the execution of brand creativity across various business channels, including window concepts, pop-ups, and store openings.
2. Support the development and delivery of collection events, both in-store and offsite, including trunk shows and special collaborations.
3. Aid in the organization and tracking of creative assets, inventory, and documentation for visual merchandising projects.
4. Provide on-site support during creative installations and special events.
5. Assist in updating the Visual Merchandising budget and managing departmental operational activities such as calendars, reports, and tool orders.
6. Facilitate communication and information collection through appropriate digital channels.
