1. Assist the Visual Operations Manager in supporting processes leading to the execution of brand creativity across all business channels, including window concepts, pop-ups, and store openings.
2. Collaborate with global teams and local vendors on creative projects and operational activities such as calendars, reports, and team administration.
3. Support the Senior Visual Merchandising Manager and VM Field Team with monthly rotations, collection launch deck completion, and on-site support in the New York market.
4. Aid in developing and delivering collection events, including in-store retail and wholesale trunk shows and offsite collaborations.
5. Assist with tool and creative orders for store openings and renovations, ensuring alignment with budget and timelines.
6. Facilitate the introduction and implementation of new tools in stores, including logistics and communication with the NA VM network.
7. Manage invoice collection and submission for new visual props and tools.
8. Efficiently communicate and collect information using digital channels and available resources.

1. Bachelor’s degree in progress
