1. Manage strategic visual merchandising for 22 locations in Korea.
2. Ensure brand DNA and seasonal campaigns are effectively communicated through visual displays.
3. Collaborate with internal departments and retail stores.
4. Communicate with Central Visual and Central Merchandising to deliver optimal visual merchandising guidelines.
5. Implement window and display installations in stores, ensuring compliance with central guidelines.
6. Monitor market control by visiting stores and overseeing important installations and seasonal changes.
7. Support store managers and visual in-store teams with accurate directions for maintaining installations.
8. Collaborate with buyers for ad-hoc installations to promote specific products and maximize stockroom use.
9. Execute periodical store installations based on sales trends and market peculiarities.
10. Support showroom activities and special event installations.
11. Coordinate key and special installations within stores.

1. 3-5 years of strong visual merchandising experience with a great sense of aesthetics.
2. Ability to interpret guidelines and adapt to change.

7. Deep knowledge of retail and franchise dynamics.

Minimum 3 years of experience in visual merchandising. Previous sales experience in a store is preferred.
