1. Develop and execute strategic visual merchandising plans for 22 retail locations in South Korea.
2. Ensure the brand's DNA and seasonal campaigns are effectively communicated through visual displays.
3. Collaborate with internal departments and retail stores to optimize visual merchandising strategies.
4. Communicate with Central Visual and Central Merchandising teams to deliver optimal visual merchandising guidelines.
5. Implement and monitor window and display installations in compliance with central guidelines.
6. Facilitate collaboration with buyers for ad-hoc installations to promote specific products.
7. Support store managers with accurate directions to maintain installations and align with central guidelines.
8. Participate in showroom activities and special event installations.
9. Coordinate key and special installations within stores.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the luxury fashion sector.
2. Strong aesthetic sense and ability to interpret guidelines.
3. Fluency in English is required.
4. Previous sales experience in a retail environment is preferred.
