1. Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies for 22 locations in South Korea, ensuring alignment with brand DNA and seasonal campaigns.
2. Collaborate with Central Visual and Central Merchandising teams to deliver optimal visual merchandising guidelines.
3. Execute and monitor window and display installations, ensuring compliance with central guidelines and store-specific requirements.
4. Conduct store visits to oversee installations, seasonal changes, and new store openings.
5. Provide training and support to store managers and in-store visual teams to maintain installations and adhere to guidelines.
6. Work with buyers to create ad-hoc installations to promote specific products and optimize stockroom assortments.
7. Participate in showroom activities and special event installations, supporting the Visual Central Function.
8. Coordinate key and special installations within stores.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the luxury fashion sector.
2. Strong background in visual merchandising with a keen aesthetic sense.
