1. Collaborate with the Design Team to develop prototypes from initial sketches.
2. Manage 3D modeling processes using relevant software.
3. Liaise with external manufacturers to ensure timely production of high-quality items and ensure prototype and sample production meets planning, timing, and quality expectations.
4. Support the creation of technical specifications by providing necessary details in conjunction with Product teams.
5. Evaluate sample collections against design standards and implement necessary revisions to ensure consistency.
6. Oversee product industrialization by monitoring production phases, implementing necessary adjustments, and promptly addressing any required modifications.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Product Management or a related field.
2. 7-10 years of previous experience in the industry.
3. Specific knowledge of trims and metal hardware technical design.

1. Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Proficiency in ProJ, PLM, and/or SAP.
3. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
4. Willingness to travel for business within Italy and abroad.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in the industry is required.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Product Management or similar.
