- Support specific analyses related to total rewards and assist in defining global compensation policies with a focus on variable components for all personnel.
- Define, propose, and monitor incentive systems to ensure internal equity and local adaptation.
- Conduct constant monitoring of the compensation market and participate in compensation surveys to identify competitive positioning.
- Coordinate and manage the annual Compensation Review process in alignment with performance evaluations and budget considerations.
- Collaborate in managing the company MBO system, supporting Business and HR Managers at all levels.
- Define individual compensation packages for new hires and ongoing compensation policies.
- Develop packages for expatriates in line with group policy and manage periodic reporting.
- Manage the Opex HR budget (excluding labor costs) and prepare supporting documentation.
- Oversee company benefits and related policies in compliance with tax regulations.
- Conceive, develop, and implement global welfare and wellbeing policies.
- Lead and monitor the progress of welfare initiatives and services through dedicated reporting.
- Analyze employee needs to enhance the welfare offer and ensure budget adherence.
- Manage relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders to maximize initiative success.
- Implement and manage communication plans for initiatives in collaboration with Internal Communications.
- Manage flexible benefits for Italy and bonus conversion as per company agreements.
- Master's degree in a scientific or economic field
- Excellent numerical analysis skills
- Proficiency with calculation tools (Excel)
- Knowledge of HR systems (SuccessFactors)
- Experience in designing and monitoring incentive systems
- Project management skills
- Fluency in English
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role within multinational companies; consulting firm experience is advantageous.
Master's degree in a scientific or economic field
