- Conduct comprehensive analyses in total reward and assist in defining global compensation policies with a focus on variable components for diverse employee segments.
- Develop, propose, and monitor incentive systems to ensure internal equity and local adaptation.
- Continuously monitor the relevant compensation market and participate in salary surveys to identify competitive positioning.
- Coordinate and manage the annual Compensation Review process in alignment with performance evaluations, MBO, and budget considerations, adhering to LVMH guidelines.
- Collaborate in managing the corporate MBO system, supporting business and HR managers at all levels.
- Define individual compensation packages for new hires and ongoing compensation policies.
- Oversee expatriate compensation packages in line with group policy and manage periodic reporting.
- Manage the HR Opex budget (excluding labor costs) and prepare supporting documentation.
- Administer corporate benefits and related policies in compliance with current tax regulations in each country.
- Design, develop, and implement global welfare and wellbeing policies for all employees.
- Guide and monitor the progress of welfare initiatives and services, utilizing dedicated reporting.
- Analyze employee needs to introduce innovative welfare offerings aligned with their requirements.
- Ensure adherence to welfare and wellbeing budgets and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Manage relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders to maximize initiative success.
- Implement and manage communication plans for initiatives in collaboration with Internal Communications.
- Manage flexible benefits in Italy, including the conversion of bonuses as per company agreements.
- Master's degree in scientific or economic disciplines
- Extensive experience in multinational corporations; consultancy experience preferred
- Experience in industrial settings and with integrative agreements
- Excellent numerical analysis skills and proficiency in calculation tools (Excel)
- Knowledge of HR systems (Success Factor)
- Experience in designing and monitoring incentive systems
- Project management skills
- Fluency in English
A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required.
Master's degree in scientific or economic disciplines.
