1. Conduct comprehensive analyses in total reward and assist in defining global compensation policies with a focus on variable components for diverse employee segments.
2. Develop, propose, and monitor incentive systems to ensure internal equity and local adaptation.
3. Continuously monitor the relevant compensation market and participate in salary surveys to identify competitive positioning.
4. Coordinate and manage the annual Compensation Review process in alignment with performance evaluations, MBO, and budget considerations, adhering to LVMH guidelines.
5. Collaborate in managing the corporate MBO system, supporting business and HR managers at all levels.
6. Define individual compensation packages for new hires and ongoing compensation policies.
7. Oversee expatriate compensation packages in line with group policy and manage periodic reporting.
8. Manage the HR Opex budget (excluding labor costs) and prepare supporting documentation.
9. Administer corporate benefits and related policies in compliance with current tax regulations in each country.
10. Design, develop, and implement global welfare and wellbeing policies for all employees.
11. Guide and monitor the progress of welfare initiatives and services, utilizing dedicated reporting.
12. Analyze employee needs to introduce innovative welfare offerings aligned with their requirements.
13. Ensure adherence to welfare and wellbeing budgets and compliance with relevant regulations.
14. Manage relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders to maximize initiative success.
15. Implement and manage communication plans for initiatives in collaboration with Internal Communications.
16. Manage flexible benefits in Italy, including the conversion of bonuses as per company agreements.

1. Master's degree in scientific or economic disciplines
2. Extensive experience in multinational corporations; consultancy experience preferred
3. Experience in industrial settings and with integrative agreements

1. Excellent numerical analysis skills and proficiency in calculation tools (Excel)
2. Knowledge of HR systems (Success Factor)
3. Experience in designing and monitoring incentive systems
4. Project management skills
5. Fluency in English

A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience is required.

Master's degree in scientific or economic disciplines.
