- Participate actively in fittings with the Product Office, utilizing specific modules and tools to input information related to standards in terms of measurements and modifications decided during the sample and sales campaign phases.
- Measure sample garments to define production measurements for all sizes, considering requested modifications for production.
- Support the definition of size-specific purchased accessories such as zippers and belts.
- Manage the flow of information related to assigned items, organizing meetings to convey specifications and measurements to external laboratories, and verifying pre-production tests commissioned to them.
- Monitor the progress and successful completion of pre-production phases, ensuring confirmation for actual production commencement.
- Contribute to defining technical and quality standards of the product, collaborating with the Finished Product Testing Department on quality issues.
- Actively support the Production Office and suppliers during the production phase.
- Manage samples for washing tests or alternative solutions aimed at improving garment construction, enhancing both appearance and time/cost efficiency.
- Oversee the approval of fabric prints, ensuring adherence to the finished product's quality requirements.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in textile accessories or similar technical roles.
- Technical diploma in clothing and garment construction.
- Strong knowledge of industrial garment construction (sewing).
- Understanding of product development and production phases.
- Knowledge of raw materials (fabrics, accessories, leathers, etc.).
- Attention to detail and precision.
- Result-oriented with a goal-driven approach.
- Excellent relational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Fluency in English.
A minimum of 5 years in a relevant field is required.
Technical diploma in clothing and garment construction.
