1. Actively participate in fittings with the Product Office, using appropriate modules and tools to document required standards in terms of measurements and modifications decided during the sample and sales campaign phases.
2. Measure sample garments to define production measurements for all sizes, considering requested production modifications.
3. Support the definition of size-specific purchased accessories such as zippers and belts.
4. Manage the flow of information related to assigned items, organizing meetings to communicate specifications and measurements to external laboratories, and verifying pre-production tests commissioned to them.
5. Monitor the progress and successful completion of pre-production phases to confirm readiness for actual production.
6. Contribute to defining technical and quality standards for products, collaborating with the Finished Product Testing Department on quality issues.
7. Actively support the Production Office and suppliers during the production phase.
8. Manage samples for wash tests or alternative solutions to improve garment construction, enhancing both appearance and time/cost efficiency.
9. Oversee the approval of fabric prints, ensuring compliance with the quality requirements of the finished product.

1. 3 to 5 years of experience in technical textile accessories or similar roles.
2. Technical diploma in apparel and garment manufacturing.

1. Proficient knowledge of industrial garment manufacturing (sewing).
2. Understanding of product development and production processes.
3. Knowledge of raw materials (fabrics, accessories, leathers, etc.).
4. Attention to detail.
5. Results-oriented with a goal-driven work approach.
6. Strong interpersonal skills.
7. Proficiency in MS Office.
8. Fluency in English.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in technical textile accessories or similar roles.

Technical diploma in apparel and garment manufacturing.
