1. Analyze and interpret design team guidelines, translating stylistic drawings into technical specifications.
2. Supervise and coordinate the creation and development of initial models and samples.
3. Select appropriate materials such as leathers, fabrics, soles, and accessories based on technical and aesthetic requirements.
4. Collaborate with suppliers and third-party manufacturers to resolve technical issues and validate materials.
5. Ensure prototypes and samples comply with company standards during development.

1. Minimum of 5 years of technical experience in women's footwear development, preferably within structured or luxury brands.
2. Technical or professional diploma in footwear/fashion, or equivalent practical experience.

1. Ability to interpret stylistic drawings and translate them into technical solutions.
2. In-depth knowledge of footwear product development techniques and material selection.
3. Excellent organizational and teamwork skills.
4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
5. Willingness to travel frequently, especially within Italy.
6. Proficiency in English is advantageous.
